User Control and Uninstall

You can access and change user settings from the options/settings menu on your device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Wildroid has no control over these functions and denies any responsibility of your use thereof, and any data or personal information sent to third parties as a result of said activities.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. This Privacy Policy was last modified on February 4, 2017. Wildroid reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify the Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

BY INSTALLING, USING OR ACCESSING THE APPLICATION, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT THE PRIVACY POLICY WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION. You have also explicitly accepted the Terms and Privacy Policy following your installation of the Application and launch of the Application for the first time. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use or access the Application, and uninstall it from the device on which the Application was installed (the "Device").

Permissions

The following is a complete listing and description of what functions on the Device are accessed and/or modified by the Application. Unless otherwise indicated, the permission applies to both Disco Time and Disco Time Lite:

READ EXTERNAL STORAGE

Allows the Application to read the content of the USB storage and/or SD card to search for stored media files.

RECORD AUDIO

Allows the Application to make audio recordings for visualizations using the microphone.

WRITE EXTERNAL STORAGE (Disco Time only)

Allows the Application to write to the USB storage and/or SD card to process audio recordings from microphone in real time.

ACCESS NETWORK STATE (Disco Time only)

Allows the Application to check network connection status.

CHECK LICENSE (Disco Time only)

Verifies the marketplace license.

Limitation of Liability

Wildroid, and/or its respective officers, directors, owners, officials, partners, partnerships, principals, employees, affiliates and other related entities, servants, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of any information collected through the Application by any third party, or any misuse of any information collected through the Application not in violation of the Privacy Policy.
